Mike Graff has been involved in worship ministry - as a worship leader, pastor, and team member - for over two decades both in the Midwest and worldwide, with congregations from dozens of people to thousands of people.

Aside from worship ministry, Mike also has years of experience as a studio musician and producer, a production-music composer for short films, commercials, and podcasts, and years of music retail industry experience.

Mike is a self-admitted "tone geek" who loves to turn knobs and has an insatiable curiosity to find new and exciting sounds.

Mike's heart to help worship leaders become masters at their craft and develop an atmosphere of excellence is what drives him to do what he does.

Mike lives with his wife Kaitlin, his three kids – Ryland (12), Braeden (6), and Amelia (6) – and dog Rory in St. Paul, MN. When not with his family or making music, Mike loves reading, cold brew coffee, Formula 1, watching his sons play basketball, and 8-bit video games.
